#100daysofvulnerability Facebook Live Videos

In mid 2018 we took on the #100daysofvulnerability Facebook Live Challenge. We challenged ourselves to do 100 days of videos around vulnerability. We are passionate about the vital importance taking vulnerable risks is, to fully show up as we are, and that the worlds needs us to! In these videos we share a lot of the mechanics around how to show up in our vulnerability, with good boundaries, healthy self-esteem, and a sense power. We also reveal a lot of our sh*t in these videos, using ourselves as teaching examples .
